    When we visit Miri, like staying here. This hotel is lovely and amazing with perfect employees at the reception desk. The location is great and beautiful, relatively near Miri Handicraft Centre. The venue has an amazing restaurant at the ground floor of the hotel.

    Chilled-out base for discovering Miri with very pleasant and incredibly welcoming staff at the reception desk. Good and perfect location right beside is the Lalapan restaurant, very well kept facilities. Based just off lots of very nice restaurants around, other areas and Next to the river.

    The hotel offers excellent sea views from rooms.

    The first room I was assigned was connected, but the sound insulation was poor. I could hear my neighbor's loud conversations and calls late into the night, which hindered my rest. When I requested a room change, the next room had not been cleaned properly, with noticeable stains and marks left from the previous guests. This lack of cleanliness was upsetting, especially after experiencing higher standards in my last visit.

    The buffet was very good and plentiful. The pool is very good and big... The staff is very friendly and helpful.

    there was a lot of dust on the shelf. gym equipment could do better. coffee supply could certainly be improved.

    I stayed for 1 night during a short trip to explore the local attractions. The view from my room was stunning, offering a great perspective of the sea, which I truly enjoyed. The breakfast buffet also had a nice variety of options, but some items were not available when I went down. The location is convenient, being close to major shopping centers and recreational parks, making it easy to explore Miri.

    rooms are huge and beautiful. especially the housekeeping staff is very friendly.

    breakfast was a mess. all tables looked like battlefields and understaffed team couldn't keep up with the clearing up. had to clear our own table. unattractive was the pool. water is green and really doesn't smell good anymore.

    equipment was really well done, view was great (both from the bed and bathroom) - the few extra euros for the sea view were definitely worth it. breakfast buffet and staff were top!

    miri in itself is not really worthwhile, hotel can't help it!

    wonderful room, tastefully and high quality equipped. kitchen is excellent. great pleasure. at the pool you meet more children than adults. view from the pool is magnificent.

    if one looks for quietness at the pool, then this is at least not possible during the day. the view is grandiose. unfortunately, personnel in the restaurant area is not as excellent as the cooks. it is a pity if the ordered wine for dinner is not served until the main course is already finished.

    infinity pool, upgrade to a giant room

    we have been visiting the pullman in kuching for many years, has diminished over time. therefore we were curious about the new pullman in miri. location is a bit outside in a boring area. it is not too far on foot to downtown. staff was nice, check in was fast and ahead of time. bit strange for a new hotel, safe was not in order and had to be unlocked first. kettle was broken. all lamps at the bed were defective. nothing bad, should not happen with the propagated standard.
