Unfortunately, my stay at the Pullman Miri Waterfront was quite disappointing. The first room I was assigned was connected, but the sound insulation was poor. I could hear my neighbor's loud conversations and calls late into the night, which hindered my rest. When I requested a room change, the next room had not been cleaned properly, with noticeable stains and marks left from the previous guests. This lack of cleanliness was upsetting, especially after experiencing higher standards in my last visit.

I stayed for 1 night during a short trip to explore the local attractions. The view from my room was stunning, offering a great perspective of the sea, which I truly enjoyed. The breakfast buffet also had a nice variety of options, but some items were not available when I went down. The location is convenient, being close to major shopping centers and recreational parks, making it easy to explore Miri.

The Superior King Room with City View offered exceptional cleanliness and ample size, complemented by a well-functioning TV and reliable Wi-Fi. the pool's cloudy water discouraged swimming, and the lack of sufficient towels after housekeeping left much to be desired. Although local restaurants provided good food options, the hotel's breakfast service was lacking, with no staff interaction during the meal. A little more attention to maintenance would greatly enhance the experience.
